Book your Appointments Online using Patient Access click on Appointments and follow link. Once registered for this service you can also order repeat mecication and can view and print a list of your repeat medicines or appliances and any allergies or adverse reactions.

Evening Surgery - We are open for evening appointments every Wednesdays until 8pm (Appointments for this clinic must be booked in advance)
All patients are allocated a named GP on registering at the practice, if you do not know who your named GP is please ask when next contacting the practice. This does not exclude you from seeing any GP of your choice.
If your doctor has decided you can have prescriptions on repeat this will be authorised without you having to be seen. These are computerised and full details will be given to patients as needed. We regret we cannot accept telephone requests for repeat prescriptions.They can, however, be faxed to the surgery on fax: 01483 575872
If you have registered for online booking, you are also able to request repeat medication, and to view and print a list of all your repeat medicines or appliances
PRESCRIPTIONS USING EPS (ELECTRONIC PRESCRIBING SERVICE) WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS
WRITTEN PRESCRIPTIONS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS AND FROM 1ST APRIL 2018 THIS WILL BE EXTENDED TO 4 WORKING DAYS

Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
Did you know - If you have run out of your regular repeat medication and we are closed, you can contact your local community chemist. They may be able to supply your medication without a prescription. If possible take along your half of your last prescription or the box or packaging which shows your name and the dose etc. The local community chemist can also help if you need advice about a minor ailment
Alternatively under Pharmacy Urgent Repeat Medicines Service, you can call NHS 111 service to be referred directly to a participating community Pharmacy.
